I bought a mystery box and everything in it was perfect except one piece. It was a beautiful large spoon pipe but the hole in the bowl was too small to pull air through, so I emailed Dankstop and they sent me another piece immediately. The Mystery Box is an excellent deal and I would have been happy without that pipe, but on top of that I was treated with excellent customer service. Thank You!!

I ordered a dry herb vaporizer and added in 2 day shipping. Ended up spending $400. 10 days later, I still have nothing. I haven’t even been sent an email saying the product has been shipped yet. Will not be purchasing from this seller again.
