No issues with order fulfillment and accuracy

It took a while to receive order but received in good condition

Everything was great except the product.

The ordering process seemed straightforward, but then I started getting emails about delayed puff/crisp production, which was confusing since I didn't order any of those. I wasn't sure what the status of my order was, until it arrived. So not terrible, but off.

Could not quite get used to the taste.
