The staffs are very friendly and patience in answering my questions, thank you

Only the delivery service is disappointing. Was told the delivery day was Monday. Waited but it did not arrive. Checked the status & it says they will do a second attempt the next day. The next day came only the pillow & leg pillow. Email customer service & was directed to a link to book delivery date for mattress topper.

Great

Was surprised it wasn’t in stock in the shop so had to wait a few days before it was sent to my home.

Good product.
