I had to return a product and the first return was not successful due to some miscommunication. Their service staff was very patient throughout and the return was successful on the second attempt.
They made it fuss-free by arranging for collection from your premise so that you do not have to go to the Post Office. They do it with a deduction of $5 from the cost refunded. I felt it may be easier for some others if they provide a return address instead with customer bearing the costs of the return themselves.
