This is such a game changer. Completely different from other types of massagers be it massage chairs or portable strap on things. This mat really gives your back, hips, shoulders etc a really good stretch and somehow it helps to relax the entire body for a great sleep. Plus it’s foldable and so it takes up so little space. Highly recommend!!

Item was nicely packed with bubble wrapped and delivery was fast
