Shipping and delivery has been consistently quick and accurate to time frames posted. In my area, USPS was a little sus with non-delivery of on of my orders and despite not being able to directly resolve the issue, I was thankful Dad Grass customer service was very helpful in guiding me on how to handle it and the package was recovered.
