This is the worst service I have ever received! I've been waiting for a product for almost 3 weeks and to date they haven't sent it to me!!

I have not received my product i called yesterday regarding order and the sale rep said he will call me back and still has not. I will try again today to see what happened to the products i ordered.

I bought this on nov 5 . You didn't tell me that it was out of stock until I paid for it. I need this items ASAP.
