everithing was just fine, the product is what i needed, delivery was ok, price was right

once I got human on the phone things went very well. He was meticulous in checking availability and alerting me that th tool I really needed was at least 4 weeks out. He advised me in alternatives and it has worked pretty well.

It should be made of non conductive materials not metal.....
