Go for <24" for 12' skeleton!
Excellent and QUICK!!! I ordered the 24" for the 12' Home Depot.skeleton, and it is a bit too large (falls down over the entire head). Pinned it up with an office "heavy duty clip," and it works just fine. If you're looking for a hat for the 12' skeleton, go the next size down. Aside from that, excellent quality! Very fast shipping as well!
