The socks arrived in a few days. I don't remember just how many but it was timely. They look very cute and my concern is that they will not be long enough. They are for a gift about 2 months away so won't know until then.

Everything went smoothly through ordering, but I didn't hear anything about my order until I reached out to customer service for an update (about 10 days post-order, several days after the promised ship date). A little more communication would go a long way! And I would have loved to have seen a digital proof before printing... the faces on my face socks were much larger than in the product preview on site and overlap the #1 Dad icons quite a bit. I would not have approved that for printing. That said, they're still nice and my husband likes them. They just could have been better (if they were laid out with smaller faces like the ones on the site).

I ordered a two face sock, submitted an image with two faces and only one was put on the sock. For the cost, not happy that I didn’t get what I ordered.

I'm glad you mentioned the delay ahead of time, but the quality did not seem to match the advertisements and I also didn't seem to get the discount mentioned when I chose to wait.
