Honestly I was expecting total shut out of sound, but i guess that was my mistake in not reading the description more closely. They are adequate for silencing or shutting out much noise and allow me to sleep. I appreciate the ability to adjust them.

I have purchased in hopes off getting replacement is way to small all around

The design is beautiful. The look is perfect but I attempted to wear them to sleep for 3 nights and it made my ears hurt. The problem is that I used the smallest adaptations but I have an ear ache all day from the plugs. Like I said, they are beautiful plugs but just not for me.

I really like these earplugs for sleeping, but for everyday use they are too noise cancelling. I cannot hear anyone talking to me through them so it makes it difficult to wear them throughout the day for noise and sound sensitive or parenting.

I thought they were soft EarPods but they are only EARPLUGS. They are very nice, pretty, and comfortable but not what I wanted or needed.
