My order was apparently lost in the mail. Your team member resolved it for me by sending a replacement order, which I received. Then a week later the lost order arrived. So I was back to your team who sent me a shipping label so that I could return the extra order. Everything was handled quickly and professionally but it would have been amazing if I was told to keep both orders since I was inconvenienced quite a bit (several emails, a trip to the post office, etc.) That would have been a 5 star rating instead instead of the 4 stars I've given.

Overall the products were nice and average in price for a good quality product. The delivery timeframe was average; not too long.
