Shipping is a bit of a gongshow right now but Curlsmith has fantastic customer service.

The service at Curlsmith was great! Unfortunately the products weren't for me but customer service refunded me right away when I said the products didn't work for me.

I love your lines of hair care, especially the Strength line.

It would be nice to receive samples of products with purchases.

I ordered the fragrance line. The ordering process was simple and quick. It arrived really fast, nicely packaged with a free sample which was really nice. I used the products that same day and they're wonderful. It's really nice to have fragrance free products which are moisturizing and give me great curls. I wish you had other lines in fragrance free versions or simply remove the fragrant ingredients since some products have several fragrant ingredients which I'm hesitant to try because I've reacted to other scented products. Many dermatologists say fragrance is the number one cause of contact dermatitis. I'm disappointed that I've sent several emails regarding this concern without much of a reply. I got one reply simply telling me Curlsmith has a fragrance free line, to which I replied "Yes, I know, I've ordered it and it's great but it would be nice to have deep conditioners and serums and detoxing products also available for people with sensitivities. The market is so saturated with heavily scented hair products. It really needs to change. Overall, I found your website, ordering and shipping process and the products I received great. I love that your website has a list of ingredients for every product. Lots of good info on your site as well. I'm glad I discovered Curlsmith through a YouTube video on curly hair by Gena Marie. I had given up on trying to find good fragrance free hair products. Thank you!
