Curlsmith CA

I had a very good experience with the folks at curlsmith. I accidentally ordered off the US site instead of the Canadian site and they were very quick and helpful with sorting out the issue and I actually ended up saving $$ in the end because I didn't have to pay for shipping with the sale after all!

I've been using the product for just over a month now. So much to chose from, literally something for every type of curl or wavey hair. It can be over whelming but there there to help.. I'm still figuring out the quantity to use of the styling product. My hair though is getting better every week . It feels healthy, shining and liking all the product. I've emailed a couple of times about questions. Response is fast with follow up. That's been great. Very very happy with all of it. Shipping was fast as well.

The products I ordered arrived within the shipping time indicated, they were well packed in the box and everything I ordered was there. No issues!

I like that shipping is fast and through Canada Post. It keeps my package safe. Love the products so far.

I am new to Curlsmith and found them "by accident" while on vacation. I had forgotten my curl products at home, so I needed something to "get by" for a month away from home. I ordered the CURL DEFINING STYLING SOUFFLÉ and fell in love immediately! It really helps to define my curls and keep them soft and bouncy, which I love. I can't wait to try other products from Curlsmith!
