I've reached out to customer service for advise from a human on what products I should choose and no response. Therefore depending on a computer generated hair quiz, I have had to explore myself and waste money, no travel sizes available so now I'm stuck with the entire sea moss collection and after $80 can't use it

Haven't received my order yet

Everything was fine until I went to use my shampoo. The entire top layer is brown. I am afraid to even use it. Something idk what is inside of the top nozzle I’ve tried but it won’t come out. I wasted my money. I spent to much money and have too much love for these products to have this happen. I would like a refund for the shampoo and a replacement bottle. Poor packaging.
