Expensive to ship

I ordered like a 10 days ago. . . it in warehouse 20mi from my town and usps still didn't menage to deliver. I'm not mad on Curaprox but I'm mad on logistics of them as a shipper not to be able to deliver an items for more than 10 days on distance of 20 miles. . .

As I explained, I requested children's colors and they sent me two girls' colors, they should pay attention to those small details, on the other hand they should use another platform for shipping (shop takes a long time)
