Expensive to ship

As I explained, I requested children's colors and they sent me two girls' colors, they should pay attention to those small details, on the other hand they should use another platform for shipping (shop takes a long time)

The stem is too slippery. Needs more user testing.

I find it very difficult to find and order Curaprox CPS refiills. The website is cumbersome, poorly designed and not user friendly. I had to go directly to the headquarters in Switzerland to get help but I was only able to purchase a portion of refills that I needed. I have been ordering Curaprox products for about twenty years with no issues until now.
