Customer service did seem to agree with the error between the information on the web vs. that on the package as it related to size. They offered to send out the correct size but no tracking info or updates since.

Needs a better returns policy. Shame really because I really like the product, shame about the size issues

I am trying a few new types of boxers, these are ok they ride up a little more than I was expecting. The fit round my bits is quite comfy but the pouch doesn't quite hold on to everything.

Had to chase up my order.Well worth the wait !!

Waistband said it doesn’t fold but it does disappointed really I then bought another size down hoping for better results but the same problem they offered me to send them back for a refund but just hassle I don’t need
