Quality of the product is good. Customer Service (in this age) left a lot to be desired. --- I can understand a delay due to unforeseen cirsumstances. However, I expected to have either proactive updates on status of order or, a proper link to track the progress of status of order. --- Additionally, when I finally received the order (Thank you), I was charged a C. O. D. amount which was never intimated in the original Order's Invoice . . . nor in any communication from your company - at any time. There it is.
