The idea is wonderful. . . . Ordered three boxes for Christmas gifts. . . . Still waiting on a delivery for one of them from December. . . . . It's very difficult to get anyone to help you out when an order doesn't arrive. Emails go unanswered or it takes weeks to hear from anyone.

The gifts were great but updated addresses didn’t go through and NONE of my orders got the card which was supposed to be included (or email) that gave a gift message and said it was from me. NONE. This was embarrassing

I’m pretty shocked about how much the prices of the different subscriptions have gone up and the value of the boxes are disproportionate. Then subscription companies just disappear without warning.
