Helpful but nothing is getting done

The papers are cool, but the shipping was horrendous

Shipping was very confusing, the person I bought this subscription for got the first book but the tracking was saying nothing was delivered or shipped yet so I wasn’t even sure it was from the subscription at first. I couldn’t track anything because the tracking numbers given didn’t even exist when I clicked the link or typed the number in. There’s an option to look ahead on which book for which month is shipped— I bought it in March so there was one for March coming but nothing for April and then it just skipped right to May. I still dont understand how it works and I think April got skipped. The book at came was fine and I’ll still order things from cratejoy, I like the website and what they offer. Everything about this one purchase though was confusing.

Customer service from cratejoy is next to nonexistent. However, I probably wouldnt have stumbled upon the miniatures box from blendbox if it hadnt been for cratejoy. . . . theyre great for getting stuff out there for people to find.

Marketed as gluten free by cratejoy but it was not gluten free so most of it could not be eaten.
