I used before to carry my sleeping tent, matters, sleeping bag and a pillow and all of them separated and need to packed separately. It was take much time, space and effort . But now is the Opposite I packed them together in inside the swag’s bag so it fits more for over landers, tourers and on going travelers.

Great products on the standard we in the U.S. have come to expect from Australian products. I have a swag and a chainsaw bag, and have been pleased with both. Wish you had more U.S. stores stocking your goods, but I am sure it will come with time. For now I just order from your AU website and pay the shipping charges.

So far haven’t had a chance to use it, but the customer service support has been incredible so far. Set it up for the first time at home and noticed a little issue with a pole I’ll chalk up to the odds of the one that got away. Messaged the customer support and asked what the issue could be. They simply asked me to confirm my address in order to ship me a replacement. I didn’t want to use my routing carrier in the US to avoid any issues (I’ve faced some with recent orders through their service), and have it shipped directly to Dubai. They got it shipped and it’s on its way free of charge. The quality and workmanship of the swag itself is incredible, the bag is super easy to get the swag into and out of. Mattress is great, planning on getting a single as well for the shorter trips.

The shipping to the states was relatively quick. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
