I ordered it and 4 days later I still didn’t have details on shipping or anything like that, but I reached out to customer service and they took care of me, the very next day I received my order. I understand maybe they have a high volume of orders to fulfill, but what counts is how they prioritized me after I reached out so I’ll still give them 5 stars
