We've been buying bedding from Coyuchi for several years. Their quality is typically great, and when there is a issue they have taken care of it. Sadly Customer Service has been increasingly difficult to get in touch with over the last few years and returns typically take much longer than stated/expected. They seemed to have moved their warehouse to another state much farther away from their store. Their products are higher quality, they stand behind them by offering a 365 return, and the pricing is on par, are just some of the reasons why I continue to shop with them.
