Still waiting to hear back on one item not shipped

Shipping is good. Have problems with service have tried to change my order I do not want the new flavors. I would like my order to be the original flavors both in nrg & hydrate.

The customer services refused to exchange the 2 years old product.

Outdated product was sent so I'm unable to try it. As a personal trainer, running coach, and marathoner, I was looking forward to trying the product and recommending it.
