5 FIVE STARS!!! I bought a product that was apparently out of stock; there was a mix up. They contacted me by text AFTER 9pm to let me know and give me time to see what I would like to do. I gave my response and immediately got another one. Not some AI response… a REAL PERSON WHO CARED. We conversed until there was a solution as she apologized for such a mixup.
