I felt the topics were relevant to todays challenges. I am and organization where sales/returns/write off liability are heavily waited in brick and mortar than ecommerce. It would be good to hear from that industry as to what they are focused on for controlling return/unsalables at time of planogram change. Loved the venue and the smaller format which allows for time to network. Would love if the application had pictures on the people link for easier recognition. See you next year.
