The agenda was pretty packed BUT well balanced. I wish the Dell speaker had been more available, after his presentation he was on the phone in meetings the rest of the time, I tried to speak with him twice and he blew me off. Maybe you should get agreements from the speakers that they will be accessible.

The conference was good. The seminars and panels for informative. The networking was good. Only complaint, and it isn't a large one was there was no consideration for special diets extended and I found out later that the price of the rooms blocked off were about $100 more than if I tried to get them without the "special".

Not all the retailers that attenedcthe meting were open to review possibilities with other customers or liquidators. Therefore, the feedback that I received from some liquidators is that it is very difficult to obtain a good outcome if they are not allowed to see whom is attending or how they ca get in contact with big retailers.

The Consumer Returns conference was a helpful, successful event for my company. I went with the anticipation to learn about the industry, understand the key drivers/initiatives of similar companies and network with potential support organizations. All of these goals were achieved, and more.
