I ran out of business cards

My goals for attending this conference were to learn more about the issues involved in consumer returns AND to make a lot of new industry contacts. I left with pages of notes and ideas about the processes. I also left with no business cards of my own. The Hutton Hotel front desk xeroxed and cut paper cards for me to get me through! Now that's a sign of a good conference!

Great Conference!

This conference exceeded my expectations. It was very well run and excellently organized. I loved that I could plan my schedule, communicate with other attendees, and save contact info all through the conference app. I plan to attend future Returns Management conferences.

Overall I thought there was quality content and feel satisfied that I went. I think the schedule could have been condensed a bit more.

Consumer Returns

Enjoyed the show learned quite a bit and made some good connections. I prefer this size of a conference compared to the larger ones. On criticism is that there is too much dependence on the app. Especially for the sessions. You should still put details about the various tracts posted outside the doors of the meeting rooms. Also the rooms were not laid out well to make it so late comers were not a distractions.
