Shipping was fast. Returns are a bit of a hassle but it's understandable since the brand encourages not buying products you aren't pretty sure you will love and use. On the page of the website showing the various colorways, it would be so useful to see all of the items available in a single colorway photographed together in a single photo to allow for comparison of the way the color shows up on different fabrics. For example, I have seen the Scarlet Red merino sweater looking incredibly vibrant in a few Instagram posts, and expected the light organic tee in Scarlet Red to be equally as bright, but it did not come close. I can't tell if this is because the light organic tees are not as saturated when dyed or if the Scarlet Red is less vibrant in person across all products.
