Colorful Standard US

We had thought we found some awesome digs but then the experience with Colorful Standard become a nightmare compared to every other sustainable clothing company we buy from. The quality is ok and I like what I got as a produce even though the dying of the color is a little splotchy I like the outfit. But why I will never buy from CS again is there service and not customer service reps just the business service was such a hassle and rip off it was unbelievable. I would not suggest buying from them unless you may happen to be near a store and find something you cant live without. DO NOT BUY ONLINE! There are way too many other companies that make great sustainable clothing and have 100% better service to offer.

Ordered sweatshirts and they shipped them to the wrong address - one that wasn’t even on my order. When I messaged them about the issue they basically left me to figure out how to recover my package and didn’t help or offer and support saying “it’s been delivered”. Never buying again.

Charging to mail back a return is pretty outrageous, I've not had that before. The size is super small, I tried the same hoodie on in a store and it was totally different. This completely feels like a scam to be honest. I always buy organic, I will never shop from you again.
