I have made a mistake with my order (wrong size ordered) and initially got a bit frustrated as the website doesn't have an option for rectifying an order. I sent an email to customer service explaining my issue and got a prompt response acknowledging my concern and informing not to worry has they would change the order to fit my request. Items received accordingly, with colours and quality I expected. I am a happy customer.
