I returned 2 tops that
I returned 2 tops that were too large. I printed the return label and securely attached it to the box. It was accepted at the postal outlet. Six weeks later no refund. I emailed the support team and they said they did not receive the tops. They wanted a tracking number. When I dropped the parcel at the postal outlet there was no mention of a tracking number. She just took the package and,checked the return label and said that was fine .not sure if I’ll get my refund and that is unfortunate because I love the quality of the clothes but I won’t shop there again
