Good filament maker in the Netherlands.

I have very good results with Colorfabb PLA, printed at 218 degrees. I use it for single wall printing (rc planes), which can sometimes be challenging. But this PLA is very easy to print, it has a good adherence on the PEI build plate (60 degrees) and the printed parts are reasonably strong and not brittle, neither delaminating as it happens with some other PLA brands. The white tint is also nice and will provide a good base for painting and finishing.
