Mixed reviews on the coffee. Shipping and delivery was smooth. I may try a different coffee distributor to find what I'm looking for.

Coffee was bitter

This is my first time ordering from Coffee Roast Lab. I ordered the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Espresso Roast. It arrived quickly, unfortunately I am very disappointed with the coffee. It's very light in colour and has no flavour. I don't recommend it if you are looking for an espresso roast.

As someone who loves supporting smaller Canadian businesses, this one hurts to write but I feel being honest is the right thing to do. Smell was unpleasant and taste was as well. Bag cost me $42 shipping included. . I understand that shipping can be free if you spend more than _ amount of dollars but that also defeats the purpose of getting fresh coffee. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. Maybe I got a bad batch though.
