As this was my first order from your company, my comments are based solely on my personal experience and comparison with other specialty coffees I have purchased in the past. Overall, I was particularly impressed by the Colombia. It delivered a well-balanced cup with pleasant sweetness, good body, and a clean finish. The flavour profile was expressive and enjoyable, showing excellent balance between acidity and sweetness. It was the standout coffee of my order and one that I would happily purchase again. Regarding the two Ethiopia coffees, however, they did not quite meet my expectations. Based on my previous experiences with Yirgacheffe coffees, I was hoping for more pronounced floral aromatics, brighter fruit notes, and greater complexity in the cup. While the coffees were certainly drinkable and showed good roasting consistency, I found the flavour profile somewhat muted and less distinctive than I had anticipated from coffees of this origin. Of course, coffee appreciation is highly subjective, and factors such as brewing method and personal preference can influence the experience. I appreciate the care that goes into sourcing and roasting your coffees, and I wanted to share my honest impressions as feedback from a first-time customer. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the coffee I ordered, so they sent me a coffee from Peru and India, which isn't bad, but it's too strong for me since I usually drink single-origin coffee.

This is my first time ordering from Coffee Roast Lab. I ordered the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Espresso Roast. It arrived quickly, unfortunately I am very disappointed with the coffee. It's very light in colour and has no flavour. I don't recommend it if you are looking for an espresso roast.
