Processed charges with no record of order

I received a receipt of charges but no confirmation of my order. When I reached out to customer service I was told they had no record of my order. They suggested I submit a new order. When I forwarded them the information on the items I ordered they insisted they could not complete the order but would reverse charges. They recommended I place the order again.

Cant get a hold of

Cant get a hold of anyone via phone or get a response from company via email. When I submittted order payment I did not get a confirmation stating it went through so I did it again... I received two emails a bit later with two purchases of same item... it’s very deceiving. I’ve tried and tried to get one of them cancelled so they don’t send both items. Now it’s gonna be a huge hassle to get it sent back.

$$ Charged several days ago, no shipment

I have been charged for an order that has not yet shipped, and no one answers their "customer service" line during the limited business hours to be able to trouble shoot.

Upset!

Very disappointed. Received my order and only the bikini top was included. The bottom was missing. Packing slip said it was 2 items but only got one. I can’t tell if I need to return it because I don’t have both pieces like I ordered.

Disappointed

I was happy at how quick my order arrived but totally disappointed in the product. Not as described online.
