Unfortunately I was offered a discount code and it did not come until after I placed my order. Bad business!

Your server was apparently down and I couldn't even place my order after several attempts. Finally was able to complete my order the following day. Made me a little suspicious as to the authenticity of your website.

Poor response, slow shipping

My card was charged and my purchase was never delivered. I called to ask what was going on. The were sorry but my item was not available. The refunded my money but why was my card charged for an unavailable item and why didn’t they contact to tell me it would not be coming! Very disappointed I spent a long time slecting the item I wanted.

The site advertised 40% off sitewide. I place my order and entered the JollyJuly promo code (there was no other place to enter this code at checkout other than in the coupon code field) the discount was not applied when the order went through. Tried to call immediately, but customer service is closed on Saturdays.
