Will Never Shop here again

I placed an order and was informed that there was an item out of stock so ash for a replacement item. I replied on the same day and heard no word for 8 days. I call the 1300 phone number regarding my order left a voicemail and heard no response a week went by and still nothing has been an order over $80 I was expecting a faster turnover. I wanted the items by this week end 13 - 14 April. This was a disappointment.

Poor customer service.

Had to change a product due to availability. Which is fine and I understand, but I was sent the wrong product that was offered as a swap. Poor contact from the customer service rep, did not reply to any of my emails. Lengthy delays on receiving products. Only got sent my products cause I sent a "firm" email. Never got a reply to that email either. Couldn't be bothered complaining about the wrong product as the customer service was so poor and frustrating. Finally received products, which are fine but the customer service and delays made the experience poor.

Still haven’t received order after two weeks. Choose somewhere better.
