Poor customer service.
Had to change a product due to availability. Which is fine and I understand, but I was sent the wrong product that was offered as a swap.
Poor contact from the customer service rep, did not reply to any of my emails. Lengthy delays on receiving products. Only got sent my products cause I sent a "firm" email. Never got a reply to that email either. Couldn't be bothered complaining about the wrong product as the customer service was so poor and frustrating. Finally received products, which are fine but the customer service and delays made the experience poor.
