Club X

Purchase and shipping experience were great. The product worked well for only 2 weeks so that was a big let down.

Club X does a wonderful job but some of their products are misrepresented.

Takes a while to ship out products. No communication or detail in the tracking about how long the packing and shipping process is likely to take, or an estimated delivery date, other than the expected shipping time with Aus Post. Would also be good if a greater selection of items were available for Click and Collect

I placed an order in the middle of December 2023, one of the items was faulty so after several emails and a video I was given approval to return the item. One week after Club received the faulty item I sent another email as I had not heard back from them and the reply was they were investigating the issue. Two weeks later still nothing 29/01/2024. Pathetic customer service.
