Customer Service is very Attentive! Love that. . . just wish it was easier to do Returns for defective items instead of having the back & forth. A return option for defective items only with shipping label provided. Upon inspection they charge the customer if it didn't qualify or something. . . but, many of us are busy & know a defective when we see it.
