4 instead of 5 because theres ongoing communication issues somewhere on their side of things, have ordered a pump and hose on two separate occasions hoping itll all be delivered at the same time but both times orders have all come separately. Always make it to the door in perfect condition and in great time though!!!! So really a minor detail! Again- the customer service is outstanding, and they treat me amazingly for the short time ive been a customer!

Haven’t received my parcel yet but the customer service is great!
