Simple, no-nonsense, buying experience, website layout, fin-tech options, order summary, confirmation, and shipping notifications,. . . we've never had a problem shopping with City Threads or their product quality, fit, or design. The only criticism I have is that some items remain out of stock for many months that are in my child's size, preferred color(s), and style(s), hence the four-stars instead of five.

Like the products but wish they'd offer free shipping on returns.

City Threads fulfills a lot of my kids' clothing needs! I love the absence of logos and I love how the styles are basic and well-rounded. I also love that it's American-made and organic cotton. Yay! Some of my children don't like having ONLY solid-color clothes, so that's why I docked a star.
