Delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong house so that was a nightmare but Circulon was great about it. They filed a claim with UPS and resent the package to me again, so the customer service was great.

I had to return the beautiful set, without ever using it. Unfortunately I no longer needed it. Customer service was excellent

Shipping was fast. Maybe a few weeks. Worth the wait. But where's the Utinsil part of the order? It never arrived.
