Customer service makes all the difference
My first shipment ever from Cigar of the month club (rare) was delayed by the carrier for about 5 days. I reached out to the customer service to hopefully clear the hold and within a few hours the hold was fixed. I replied back asking about condition of the cigars upon arrival and if they had any trepidation about the delivery being right. Without even prompting they sent me a second package just to ensure I had a proper experience. Both packages were received and both in extraordinary condition. Needless to say the selection of cigars was amazing. Highly recommended. Will subscribe for a long time.
