I have placed multiple orders with Chrome and had 1 warranty claim. I've had no issue with the company and they appear to stand behind their products.

Wonderful quality! Also have received many compliments on my bags. People seem to recognize Chrome Industries in these streets!

Customer service was friendy and effective at helping me sort out why the initial order was being cancelled, and successfully managed to place it afterwards.
