For the most part I do really love your products. Have multiple bags and hoodies. Please bring back the 100% wool hoodies! Please make the straps not so slippy, damn things! Great shipping, sturdy AF bags, great color... more army green or gold green please!, More left handed straps please or custom straps.

The whole transaction was flawless, from beginning to end. The bag is almost perfect, that buckle is a bit much but I found a way to wrap it in order to minimize the rubbing on my shoulder. Overall extremely happy!
