It is a great, handy backpack for riding and commuting to the office, grocery store, etc. Although I have not tested this on a rainy day, I'm looking forward to seeing how it behaves along with rain.

Customer service is great. Returns are easy to do (but take time to process). The bags are nicely made, but the design choices may not be for everyone. Which is why having easy returns is great.
