Bought a Chrome backpack 8 years ago, and use it regularly. I submitted a warranty claim due to waterproof coating coming off the interior. The claim form was easy to find the website and process was easy (sending some photos). Got a new bag to replace. Really excited to see a company honor its warranty in this way.
