Loved my Kadet bag before, the insert just makes it better. Love the shape that the rigid panels provide and all my small things have a home now instead of falling to the bottom. Absolutely loving the upgrade!

Received item earlier than expected. Love the bag.

I have loved this bag, used it quite hard, and one day a tear in the bottom made it unusual. I filed a repair request online, and they ended up replacing the whole bag! Now I get to use my favorite bag for many more years to come. The customer service reps were super helpful and made the process so so easy for me. I'd recommend a Chrome bag to anyone.

No issues... however, whenever I have reached out to Chrome, they've been nothing but helpful!
